She was the widow of Allen F. “Moe” Gardner. She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law: Leonard Gardner (Linda), Glenn Gardner (Kim), Allen Keith Gardner (Lisa) and one brother, William L. Bullock (Joyce), 11 grandchildren: Kaitlin Gardner, Gillian Gardner, Rachel Gay (Jacob), Nathan Gardner, Mica Gardner, Lauren Gray (Kyle), Ross Gardner, Cason Gardner, Christopher Gardner, Cameron Gardner (Haley), Meagan Gardner, and four great-grandchildren: Aedan, Owen, Nolan, and McKenzie.
Frances was a lifetime member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her remains rest at Woody Funeral Home, Atlee Chapel, 9271 Shady Grove Rd., in Mechanicsville. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2022, 6-8 PM.
Funeral service to be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 5600 Monument Ave., on Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2022, at 11 AM. Interment in Riverview Cemetery.
