Francis Alton Talley Jr., 78, of Henrico, went to be with the Lord, October 7, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents Lettie Beale Talley and Francis Alton Talley Sr., and his brother, Charles E. Talley.
He is survived by his wife Charlotte Garrett Talley, his sister in law, Jane R. Talley, and many beloved nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
He served in the U.S. Army, and did duty as an MP for the Honor Guard and many military services. "Frank" or "Burt" worked for Philip Morris for 34 years. He loved working in the yard and doing woodwork. He also loved taking care of and spoiling his kitty cats, and they loved him. He will be greatly missed by friends and family.
Memorial services will be held at 2pm, on Wednesday, October 10, at the Parham Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Rd, with visitation one hour prior to the services.
