Gloria Lorraine Clodfelter

It is with great sadness that the family of Gloria Lorraine Clodfelter announces her passing on October 16, 2018, at the age of 64 years old. Gloria will be lovingly remembered by her husband, John Clodfelter; her son and his wife, Joseph and Sherrie Clodfelter; two sisters, Sandy Moss, Tammie Carter; brother, Richard Carter; seven grandchildren, along with a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Norman Eugene Carter and Kettie Pauline Clark; and her two sons, John Preston Clodfelter III and Kenneth Eugene Clodfelter. Family will recieve friends on Friday, October 19, 2018, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Woody Funeral Home Atlee Chapel, 9271 Shady Grove Rd., Mechanicsville, Va. 23116. Funeral service will be Saturday, October 20, 2018, at 4 p.m. Friends send flowers to Woody Funeral Home, 9271 Shady Grove Rd., Mechanicsville, Va. 23116. I was so blessed in having met you at my Son Andrew and Kettie's wedding ,( your niece.)
I would have loved to have spent more time with you, to have gotten to know you,better, but I was
glad we got to say the blessing together at the wedding.

Gloria I'm so blessed too have met you at Autumn Care. You were such a joy too me !!!! I'm gonna miss you so much ! SO VERY MUCH. You always use too call me your angel! We had alot good times ! From dancing too singing to planning the fall ball ! You always made sure you were at activities! And you loved Bingo! Imma miss you !

Gloria always had a wonderful smile. Sweet and caring for everyone she cane in contact with. A kind , generous, loving & gracious lady. She always made everyone feel welcome. A most wonderful mother. We will always have fond memories of our sister-in-law. It is time for you to rest, Gloria.
