She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald V. Harrell; parents, Ernest and Vanzie Shaffer; son, Ronald V. Harrell Jr.; granddaughter, Michelle Moseley.
She is survived by her daughter, Cindy Moseley (Mark); granddaughters, Tonya (Chris) and Crystal; sister, Barbara Harrell (Bobby); six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members who will all miss her dearly.
The family will receive friends from 12pm - 1pm on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at Woody Funeral Home-Atlee Chapel, 9271 Shady Grove Rd., Mechanicsville, VA 23116. Interment will follow at 2pm in Signal Hill Memorial Park, 12360 Hanover Courthouse Rd., Hanover, Va. 23069.
