I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I worked with John at the Fire Department. He was a great person.

Condolences and prayers from myself and all the members of the Benedictine Class of '73. Though years and time has passed between us you will always be one of our brothers. I had run into John a number of times over the years (especially when he was based in Church Hill) and had hope to reconnect with him, as we get many of the old Cadets together. Rest in Peace John .
                    BHS Class '73

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Rest in peace, John, you are with the angels now.

My Uncle John stayed up all night roasting a pig, and then drove to South Carolina to get fireworks the next night, he swam to the very middle of the lake with me to make sure i didn't drown, he drove the fire truck by papa's house when I stayed there sick from school one day, he sent flowers when my first daughter was born, he arrived with every tool he had in the middle of July when the city said I had to rebuild my garage and I had no money, he helped me find my car after leaving my Uncle Gary dying in the hospital.

I know there is peace for you Uncle.

Dad, this is your Dog Ellie. I waited for you. I'm glad you are not in pain anymore but I will always listen for your truck. When I cross over the rainbow Bridge I hope you will be there to meet me. I'm with Amy, Chris, Harper, and Gus. I know you would be glad I'm here with them. I love you Daddy and will always miss you. Your dog, Ellie Mae Clampett

You , my Dear Man were the very best friend I've ever had. I will think of you daily and miss you always. I pray you are with your Mom, Dad and brother. No more pain, you are free from the trials and tribulations of this life. I will always love you !! Mary Golden

This saddens me to here of his passing,he was my mentor of sorts when i first joined the Fire Dept we had alot of good times and a good friendship.I saw him a few weeks back and i felt he had found some peace and i hope his family can find the same.
