Kathryn Smith Warren, 87, of Richmond, passed away peacefully in her sleep, Monday, October 25, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years; Dudley N. Warren. She is survived by her daughter; Cindy Strickler, son; Charles Warren and his wife Bonnie, grandchildren; Teresa and Michael Strickler, Renee, Randy and Ryan Warren, 8 great grandchildren, her brother; Taylor Smith, devoted nieces and nephews, and her loyal Circle friends and luncheon group from Fairmount Christian Church.
She was retired from the City of Richmond, Department of Social Services. The family will receive friends from 11am to 1pm, on Wednesday, October 27, at the Atlee Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, Route 301 and Shady Grove Rd. Services will begin at 1pm, on Wednesday, October 27, at the funeral home, with interment to follow at Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
