Mildred Lane, 84, of Highland Springs, passed away on November 16, 2011. Mildred was an OBGYN receptionist . She was preceded in death by her husband William E. Lane and her parents Fletcher Bailey Owen and Annie Laura Owen, and her brother, Dr. Fletcher B. Owen, Jr. She is survived by her daughter Bonnie Belvin Brown and her husband Carl B. Brown, III (Bucky) and her Son Orion H. Belvin, III (Bubba).
Grandchildren Sherri Bowden (Les) Carl B."Buck" Brown, IV (Candice), Keith Brown (Heather); great grandchildren Misty, Davie Bowden, Landon, Keara and Lilly Brown
