I was late learning of Park's death. So saddened to learn of his passing. He was a special person and cousin with a wonderful woman as his wife at his side. I always admired the relationship the two of you shared. Take care of yourself. May God bless you and give you comfort.

Park Dodd was one of the finest Virginia gentleman I ever had the pleasure to know. We worked together many years when I was with Southern States. We continued to see each other at various events related to farming and agriculture. Printing may have been his vocation but farming was his real love. He led a good life, touched many people and he is in a better place. My sympathies to his family.

I was employed by Media General and sent to Beacon Press to work back in the early 90's. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Mr. Dodd always had a special place in my heart. He was a wonderful boss and a wonderful person. Mr. Dodd was one of a kind and I am so sorry to know he has passed on. I trust in our Father that Park is at peace, renewed and alive and well now that he has gone forward in his journey. God bless his family and may the Lord comfort and strengthen them in this time of sorrow. Ronda Wilson Perdue, Ernie Perdue
