She was preceded in death by her husband, Clotha Werner Jr.
Peggy is survived by her daughter, Vickie L. Rapp and her son, Barry A. Werner.
Peggy had a passion for helping others that was evident through her volunteer work at Memorial Regional Medical Center. She found joy traveling to new places and loved tending to her flowers.
In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held.
Peggy is buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery, in Richmond, Virginia.
