Susie, Cathy, Lee and Robbie, we have all lost one of the kindest and gentlest souls that God ever made. He was the husband and father every man should aspire to be. I am proud that I was and am a part of your family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Susie and family,
I was saddened to hear of Reggie's passing so soon even though I knew he was not well. His pain is gone and he is at home with his Savior! He was my good friend from the 6th grade through high school and I am thankful that we remained close friends after graduation too. May God comfort you and your family both now and in the days ahead. I love you, my lifetime friend.

Susie and family, Reggie and I spent many hours together in the Urban Division. He was always there to help me as I learned the process and gave great advise. I know that you will miss him greatly. The Urban / Local Assistance Division was better due in large part to his help and guidance.
After retirement a small band of us continued to have lunch together and Reggie will be missed from the future lunches.
My thoughts and prayers are with you during these sad days.

Susie and Family -
My deepest condolences on the passing of Reggie. He was coworker of mine for most of his career at VDOT. He was always pleasant and helpful to me when we worked together in the Local Assistance Division. I enjoyed that apple cake he brought to us during the holidays. He use to joke that he was up until the wee hours peeling apples for that cake. Reggie was a good person who did good things for others. It was a privilege to work with and know him. God bless him!

Susie and family
We all have lost a dear friend. I worked with Reggie throughout my entire VDOT career. Also, was part of the lunch bunch. Reggie, George Burge, Bob Atherton and Russell Sauvager.
Reggie was a kind man always willing to help anyone out. I was always impressed by his commitment to faith, family and Boy Scouts. That reflects where Reggie true inner being was.
I am deeply saddened that he has left us but am fully confident of where Reggie is and one day all of us can stand again with him and say the journey is finish.
