It is with great sadness that the family of Sharon Louise Kingsbury announces her passing on October 14, 2018, at the age of 50. A kind soul, Sharon had fought Multiple sclerosis for many years and always found a way to smile and bring joy to those around her. She was a spirited, strong woman full of joy, and nothing made her happier than being a grandmother. Sharon never failed to make new friends and forge lifelong relationships. She is survived by her parents, Richard and Theresa Spade; her daughters, Ashley Woody and Rachel White; her brothers, Eric and Aaron Spade; her sister, Lisa Jones; her nephew, Reece Spade; and her grandchildren, Lexington and Thomas Woody. Family, friends and others whose lives Sharon touched are invited to the Woody Funeral Home-Atlee Chapel, 9271 Shady Grove Rd., Mechanicsville, Va. 23116, on Saturday, October 20, 2018, at 10 a.m., for a visitation, with a Celebration of Life service at 11 a.m. A reception will follow.
