Acton Edward Black Jr., loving husband & father, passed away on Thursday, the 23rd of January 2020, at the age of 88 years old. While Brookings was his home, he spent his final weeks surrounded by family & friends at Celia’s House (Southern Oregon Friends of Hospice) in Medford, Oregon.
The family will have a celebration of life in Brookings at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made in his honor to Celia’s House.
