Barry Miles Bloomberg

Eagle Point, Oregon

November 6, 1946 – February 4, 2022

Barry Bloomberg, 75, was called home by the Lord at his home on Friday, February 4th,2022.

Beloved husband to Gloria.

Proud and loving father to Brandi (Tommy) Camarena and Joe (Tracey) Bloomberg.

Dedicated Papa to Isabella, Sophia, Brittni and Karisa.

Loyal brother to David (Barbara) Bloomberg and Alvin (Betty) Bloomberg.

Born to parents Ted and El Dora Bloomberg in Glendale, CA. Raised in both California and later in Eagle Point, OR. Barry graduated from Eagle Point High School then proudly served in the Air Force. Barry was very proud of his service to his country. After receiving an honorable discharge from the service, Barry and Gloria and were married April of 1971 and were blessed in celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.

Barry was an accomplished pilot, that had owed his own plane that he loved flying. He also loved everything about cars…both old and new. He loved spending his time attending car shows, both spectating and showing from his collection.

Barry also loved working everyday at the two businesses he owned and operated since 1972, Kennedy Fuel Co. and Desert Pump Co. He valued his customers, his employees and the life-long friendships he made.

Barry loved his life at home with his wife, Gloria. He loved being out on his tractor working in the fields and taking care of the horses. There was never an animal that didn’t love Barry.

Barry and Gloria traveled extensively with their closest friends. Two of the most cherished places Barry loved was Italy and Israel. It was their trips to Israel that Barry’s heart was opened to his Messiah, Jesus.

Barry was a man with a deep love for Jesus.

Barry will be remembered for his kindness, loyalty, generosity, sense of humor and love and devotion to his friends and family.
