Don was born July 13th, 1938 in Salem, OR to James and Violet Walker Watkins. At a very young age the family moved to Eureka, CA. Graduating from Eureka High School in 1956.
Don was in heavy equipment sales, retiring in 2008 from Pacific Truck & Trailer in Merlin, OR.
He is survived by his wife Patricia, three children, nine grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Janeen, son Craig and grandson Andrew.
A private service will be held at a later date.
