Eleanor Jeanne Rogers

Eleanor Jeanne Rogers, 86, went to be with our Lord April 17, 2018, in Eagle Point, Oregon. Eleanor was born December 7, 1931, to Dale and Jeanette Campbell in San Diego, CA.

Eleanor’s lively and humorous spirit brought happiness to those who surrounded her. She enjoyed spending time with all her grandchildren who called her ‘Greenie’ (because she drove a green car). That helped them know which grandma was coming over to see them, and she kept that name forevermore. She had a love of quilting and adored her kittycat Callie.

Eleanor will live on in the memory of her children, Dave Christy (Jules), her twins John Christy (Deb), and Christy Taylor (Bob); her siblings Mike Campbell (Barb) and Judy Woodward (Harley); by her greatest joys, her grandchildren, David Christy, Kenneth West (Tami), Chris West (Katie), Jake Christy (Sarah) and Becky Scarcello (Kregg); her great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank all the friends, nurses, aides and others that showed her so much love during her later years.

A gathering of love, memories, peace and celebration of life is scheduled for Saturday, May 26th @ 10:30 am at Trail Christian Fellowship, Fireside Room, in Eagle Point, OR.

May we never forget what is worth remembering nor ever remember what is best forgotten. We love you.
