Gloria received her master’s in Education from Southern Oregon University. She married Ted Cadman in 1943. Ted died of a heart attack in 1964. They had two children, Ed who had an illustrious medical career and predeceased her in 2015, and Mark who resides in Pasco, Texas. In 1966, Gloria married H. Dewy Wilson Jr, a prominent attorney here in Medford. They were happily married until Dewy’s death in 2008. Gloria was an active member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church for over 40 years. She loved traveling and playing bridge.
She is survived by her son Mark, and Stepsons Dewy III of Medford and Jim Wilson of Portland. She has four grandsons: Tim, Kevin and Brian Cadman, and Henry Wilson. Autumn Wilson is her only granddaughter. She has four great grandchildren: Bella, Taylor, Logan and Mason Cadman.
The family extends its deep gratitude to Gloria’s former daughter in law Mary Ross Cadman of Central Point who gave Gloria much patient assistance and loving encouragement the past several years. She is predeceased by Ted Cadman, Molly Wilson her stepdaughter, her eldest son Ed Cadman, and H. Dewy Wilson Jr.
A public service will be held at the Westminster Presbyterian Church at 2000 Oakwood Drive, Medford, OR on June 8, 2019 at 1:30pm. Burial will be private at Eagle Point National Cemetery.
