Marlene Greeny

Marlene was born in Mauston, WI on 02/08/52 to her loving parents Conrad and Henrietta Olson. She held a VERY important role as daughter #3 in the Olson line-up of 6 girls.

She moved with her family to Oregon in 1961. Graduated from Medford Senior High in 1970.

Marlene married her Best Friend Paul Greeny on May 3rd, 1974. They were married 46 years.

At age 60, Marlene retired from her position of Chief Deputy Treasurer of Jackson County after 38 years of dedicated service.

On 4/12/17, Marlene who was an avid golfer, hit a hole-in-one during league play at Stewart Meadows on hole #7. Marlene loved her family. She was the best daughter and sister that anyone could ask for. Marlene was devoted to her husband Paul. They enjoyed their time together at the Oregon Coast and on their many trips to various casinos.

Marlene was preceded in death by her parents Conrad and Henrietta Olson, and sister Sharon Moyer. She is survived by her husband Paul; sisters Janet Olson, Linda (Randy) Finch, Carol (Chris) Glud, Bonnie Olson; beloved nieces and nephews.
