

Seth was born in King City, CA on April 1, 1978 to Diane M. Leedham and Roger D. Cook. Seth lived in King City most of his life until he moved to Oregon with his family in 2007. Seth and his wife Amber Wittmann Cook, along with their children Christopher Aaron and Wanette Irene, established their home in Eagle Point, OR. Seth was a service supervisor and diesel mechanic at DSU Peterbilt in Phoenix OR. He was also an avid fisherman and hunter that enjoyed the outdoor lifestyle that the Rogue Valley offered.
His paternal grandparents, Dennis and Irene Cook, and his maternal grandfather Robert J. Leedham preceded Seth in death.
Seth is survived by his wife, Amber Wittmann Cook, son Christopher and daughter Wanette, his mother Diane M. Leedham, his grandmother Donna Nash, his brothers Jeff Cook (Molly) and Robert Bailey, and his sister Valerie Cook Pryor (Michael), his best friend and cousin James Dillingham (Lisa), and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
A celebration of Seth’s life is being held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 14, 2014 his home at 695 East Dutton Road, Eagle Point, OR.
