Carol L. Cadena

Born on October 18, 1949 in Ward, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Oris Christian and Phyllis (Ralph) Elizalde.

Carol was ten when her parents moved to Chicago and that where she grew up and had worked various jobs, but retired as a Butcher from Jewels Grocery Store. In 1995, she moved to Middleport and worked as a stockperson and was forced to retire due to illness.

She was past Senior Regent for the Ladies Auxiliary of the Royal Order of the Moose and enjoyed going to car races and the Erie Co. Fair. She enjoyed riding motorcycles and four wheelers and traveling to West Virginia to see her family.

She is survived by her Soulmate, Douglas Baldwin of Middleport, daughters, Tammy (Jose) Vargas of Montgomery, IL , Dianna (Kirk) Evans of Franklin, Virginia and 11 grandchildren.

Relatives may call on Wednesday; February 3, 2016 from 11 AM-1PM at the Bates & Tuttle Funeral Home, 226 Pearl St. Medina, NY, where a funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM with the Rev. Daniel J. Fawls officiating and burial will be in the Boxwood Cemetery.
