David Brady

Born on March 1, 1949 in Medina, NY, he was the son of the late Clifford and Lucille (Hammond) Brady.

Mr. Brady graduated from West Seneca High School and worked for various jobs, including Fisher-Price, Cadillac Rubber and lastly for Empire Coating of Albion. He attended Glad Tidings Baptist Church and enjoyed mowing his lawn, working on his car and fishing and he was known in the neighborhood for fixing children bicycles.

He is survived by his companion for 35 years, Lizzie McCray, two daughters, Laquanza Brady of Lockport and Damaris McCray of Buffalo, two grandchildren, Aaliyah and Jamirrah. Special Mother, Jane Schuyler-Dingman

Six sisters, Juanita (Willie) Riley, Bernice Boose, Ernestine Brady, Cheryl Thompson, Joanne Johnson, all of Medina, Darlene (Lawrence) Amos of Loganville, GA, Seven Brothers, Willie (Sharon) Brady of Medina, Lynn Brady of Middleport, Roger (Jerline) Brady of Winter Garden, FL Leroy Brady of Greensboro, NC, James (Louise) Brady of Rochester, Robert (Carolyn) Harvey of Greenville, SC, Lawrence (Margie) Harvey of Lakeland, FL. Aunts, Lizzie Wallace and Glennis Chinn. Four Sisters-in-law, Annie McCray, Virginia McCray, Catherine Mack Norton, and Lillie (John) Grayer.

He is predeceased by his siblings, Elmon, Willie Foster and Clifford Brady, Jr, Special Sister Barbara Schuyler, and Aunt Marion Schuyler.

Relatives and friends may call 5PM-7PM on Monday, December 9, 2013 at the Bates & Tuttle Funeral Home, 226 Pearl St. Medina, NY 14103. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, 1:30 PM at the Glad Tidings Baptist Church, 404 W Oak Orchard St Medina, NY 14103, with the Pastor, Rev. Lambert Duncan officiating.

Burial will be in the Boxwood Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
