Francis G. Miller

Born on August 24, 1945, in Albion, NY, he was the son of the late Fredrick J. and Velma (Haviland) Miller.

Francis was always known to his family as Uncle Sonny. He is forever remembered for his huge smile, love of babies and his love for all kinds of foods. He always asked, “Are you my friend?” and we always answered, “Yes!” and all of his nieces and nephews were his babies. The last few years of his life Francis lived in Albion under the care of ARC, they were his extended family.

He is survived by his siblings, Edward (Shirley) Miller of Indianapolis, IN; Roxanne (Joe) Culmo of Knowlesville, NY; Gordon (Debra) Miller of Medina, NY, Lyle (Nancy) Miller of Fredericksburg, VA, Darlene Rossi of Albion, NY; sister-in-laws, Deborah Miller of VA, Cathy Miller of Medina and many nieces and nephews.

Francis is predeceased by five siblings, Bob and Linda Miller, Sharon Otero, Ruth Ann Davis and Ronald Miller.

Relatives and friends may call on Monday, January 26, 2015 at the Bates & Tuttle Funeral Home 226 Pearl St. Medina, NY 14103 from 12 Noon to 1 PM with a funeral service at 1:00 PM, with the Rev. Scott Walker officiating. Burial will be in Boxwood Cemetery.
