Jordan R Hammonds

Born on January 9, 2001, in Medina, NY, she was the daughter of Susan Young and Andrew Hammonds.

Jordan attended the 6th grade at Wise Middle School, where she had had many friends. She enjoyed attending the Community Fellowship Church. She was known for her happy nature and loved listening to music.

Jordan is survived by her mother, Susan Young of Medina, a aunt and uncle, Joseph Young of Lyndonville and Tammy Santigao of Medina, two cousins, Stephan and Jennifer Young, both of Medina. Also, surviving are several great-aunts and uncles and numerous other cousins.

Relatives and friends may call on Friday, November 16th, 2012, from 11Am – 1 PM at the Community Fellowship Church, 3144 Johnson Creek Rd. Middleport, NY 14105, where a funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM with the Pastor, Rev. Roy D. Harriger officiating. Burial will be in the Lynhaven Cemetery.
