
She was born in Utica, NY on March 16, 1913 to Salvatore and Domenica Lo Galbo. Mary Jo was a 1949 graduate of Albion High School and was a longtime employee of Harrison Radiator. Upon retirement, she moved to Wildwood, Florida and returned to NY in 2003 to be closer to her family. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and enjoyed bowling and making crafts.
Mary Jo is survived by two sons, Thomas (Stella) Kwiatkowski of Albion and Anthony (Dawn) Kwiatkowski of New Port Richey, FL; five grandchildren, Sara (Pete) Kwiatkowski, Timothy (Sarah) Kwiatkowski, and Joseph, Stephanie and Emily Kwiatkowski and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her husband, Anthony “Red” Kwiatkowski.
Her family wishes to thank Orchard Manor Nursing Home for all of their care, support and love and especially thank Lori Seager, who spent most of her days with Mary Jo.
There are no prior calling hours. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at 11:00 AM at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, West Ave. Medina, with the Pastor, Rev. Daniel J. Fawls celebrating.
