Nathan was born December 19, 1983 in Buffalo, N Y, the second born son of Stephen Lyle and Nancy (Guhl) White. As a boy Nathan loved to play baseball, however his heart condition prevented him from playing contact sports. Instead Nathan spent time riding his bicycle, swimming, and teaching himself gymnastics in the backyard.
Every year Nathan attended the Children’s Hospital Dreams from the Heart Camp, and eventually became a counselor where he would often speak about how much fun it was to help with the camp’s Talent Show, and as an adult, playing Hearts with the other counselors. A few of Nathan’s greatest passions include playing Guitar, playing computer games, and snowboarding. He also had a love of animals (especially his dog, Bailey ) and the Buffalo Sabres.
Nathan’s academic and professional accomplishments are also noteworthy. He was an Eagle Scout, and graduated from East Aurora High School as well as Canisius College with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences. He worked for Superior Group in Buffalo as a Senior Solution Center Engineer, where he met Dan Berry who would go on to introduce him to his future wife, Tara Albone . Their love grew quickly and they were married September 15, 2012.
Nathan was above all, loving. He had a great sense of humor, he was hard working and he enjoyed all aspects of his life. He was a great, great man, a great son, a great brother, a loving husband, and was deprived of becoming a great father.
Nathan is survived by his loving wife, Tara White of Medina, NY and by his soon-to-arrive twin sons, Nathan Liam White and Oliver Andrew White.
