Anthony Carlton Hayes, age 44, of Memphis, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022. Anthony was born January 15, 1978 in Chicago, IL.
A visitation service for Anthony will be held Friday, May 13, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at M. J. Edwards Whitehaven Chapel, 5494 Elvis Presley Blvd., Memphis, TN. A celebration of life will occur Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 11:00 AM at New Mt. Sinai M. B. Church, 4920 Horn Lake Rd., Memphis, TN. A burial will occur Saturday, May 14, 2022 at Forest Hill Memorial Park - Midtown, 1661 Elvis Presley Blvd, Memphis, TN 38106.
Anthony will be laid to rest in Forest Hill Cemetery Midtown, Memphis, TN.
