I had the privilege of working with Ben for 10 years at Memphis Jewish Home & Rehab. He was one of the most caring people who cherished his residents as well as his fellow employees. Ben's face would light up when he talked of his family and you could see the pride and love he felt for them.
I just wanted to let the family know that Ben impacted many lives and was always someone that one could rely on for guidance or just a smile when you needed it most. Ben will be missed and remembered by all the people that he impacted.
I am very sorry for your loss.

Rubios are sending much love and heartfelt sympathy to Ben's family. Cindy, Jimmy, Christina and Michelle, Ronn and I wish so badly we could be with you this weekend. We are respecting the request (not yet a mandate, gratefully) to stay home. These days are strange ones for us all; each more aware than ever that life's days are fleeting. You shared some beautiful days on earth with your brother/father and have beautiful memories. May you celebrate thoughts and memories this weekend that keep you close. God, be very near.
