Pat was the husband of Ruth Billingsley. He was a lifelong member of Richland ARP Church in Rosemark, Tennessee, where he served as treasurer, deacon, and elder for many years.
He loved the outdoors and took great pride in his gardening, earning "Yard of the Month" numerous times. Pat served his country in the United States Air Force and worked for 40 years and retired from Vesicol Chemical Corporation.
He is survived by his brother, Winston E. (Pete) Billingsley, niece, Valerie Brown and nephews Gary and Mark Whitlock.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at Richland ARP Church, with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Rosemark Cemetery in Rosemark, Tennessee.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Richland ARP Church or Rosemark Cemetery Fund.
