Our deepest condolences to all the Rainey family. Bernard was a loving husband and wonderful father. He will truly be missed by everyone that knew him.

I had the privelege of serving as a faculty member at U.T. Dental College with Bernie for many years.  He was a gentleman in every sense of the word.  His professionalism and concern for others were readily apparent in all aspects of his life and career.
