
Billy Curtis Brown passed away Sunday, December 14, 2014 at the age of 66 at home where he rented from Carla Ross who was not only his landlady but a very dear friend. Bill was born in Dyess, AR on June 15, 1948 and lived in Memphis and different parts of Mississippi for most of his life. He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Boyington. Bill is survived by one son, Chris Boyington of Dallas, TX; two daughters, Stacia Frase of Dallas and Crystal Brown of Memphis; and one sister, Sheila (Dodi) Tate. Bill was a meat cutter by trade; he had probably worked one time or another for all the major grocery stores in the metropolitan area. Bill’s biggest passion was those Arkansas Hogs. His other favorite thing was visiting his friends at the American Legend in Nesbit, MS. We will have a celebration of his life at the American Legend, 1505 Gwynn Rd., Nesbit, MS 38651, December 20th, from 4 to 6 pm which will be a pot luck celebration. In lieu of flowers please assist the family in contributing to the pot luck.
