Bishop Ronald Coleman, 81, of Memphis, passed away October 8, 2013 at his home. Mr. Coleman was a proud Veteran of the US Army, having served in the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bishop and Gussie Dean Coleman; 2 sisters, Dorothy Dean Coleman and Dannie Jean Durham; and his brother, Thomas Coleman. Ronald is survived by 2 nieces, Pam Pugh and Dr. Nancy Douglas; his nephew, Bobby Durham; and his dearest companion and friend, Joyce Starnes. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. today, Sunday, October 13, and funeral services will follow at 10:00 a.m. at Family Funeral Care on Summer Avenue. Interment will be held later at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.
