Bobbie was so special to the Niswonger family. Her smile and joy for life lit up my fathers and our lives. After our father died Bobbie was like a stepmother to us. Always calling, sending cards, extending her gracious hospitality to us to stay with her when visiting Jackson. I remember one of my last visits well. My sister Beth and I stayed with her and she showed us all her artwork. I knew she painted and watercolored, but we never knew her passion and accomplishment she had with her craft. I’m so glad my husband got to meet her and see her fun self. We along with her and Marvin were the last to leave my nieces wedding and the party continued with dancing with our family at a local watering hole! God bless sweet Bobbie. Our family will miss you greatly.

My deepest sympathy and prayers go out to Bobbie's family and Marvin. I met Bobbie when she would accompany Marvin to church in Bolivar. She was the sweetest person and had the most bubbly personality! And she always had the biggest smile on her face. I will truly miss Bobbie. I am so glad I met her. God bless you.

I met Bobbie when she became a 'special friend' of my brother, Marvin Seyer. Bobbie was outgoing and full of life. She provided companionship for Marvin at a time when I believe he needed someone in his life. They spent many years traveling together and enjoying one another's company. God bless you and keep you, Bobbie. You will be missed.

Bobbie came into my life after my mom passed. She was a mother to me and a grandmother to my 5 children who'd never met my mom. She was kind like rays of the spring sun , sharing light and warmth freely. We will remember this wonderful example of goodness in our lives and cherish the memories we all had with her. We love you Bobbie Dean.
