Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Anne Bailey and his late wife, Anne Marie Bailey. He is survived by his daughter, Mary Lynn Bailey Robertson and her husband, Jason Robertson.
Bob was born on March 31st, 1937 to Robert Frazier Bailey and Zella Marie Davis in Lawrence County, Arkansas. While Bob briefly lived in Arkansas and many other places, he was a longtime resident of Bartlett, Tennessee.
Bob joined the United States Air Force in 1954 and served until 1959. He worked as a parts manager for Gwatney Chevrolet for many years. As an avid golfer, Bob was a longtime member of Irene Golf and Country Club of Memphis, Tennessee.
Bob’s visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12th, 2019. The funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 13th, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Both the visitation and funeral ceremony will take place at Family Funeral Care on 4925 Summer Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee 38122. The burial will follow the ceremony at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens on 3700 North Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, Tennessee 38133.
