Buff Louise Mills

Buff Louise (Rouzer) Mills, 71 died unexpectantly Thursday April 30, 2026, at Methodist North Hospital, Memphis, TN. She was born in Altoona, PA, Daughter of the late Richard and Peggy Rouzer. She married Gregory L. Mills on August 10, 1974 in Altoona, PA.

Surviving is her Husband Greg, Daughters Amy (Todd) Locke Millington, TN, Abigail (Derick) Schroeppel Bartlett, TN and her Precious Granddaughter Elizabeth Rose (Ellie) Schroeppel.

She was preceded in death by her infant Grandson, Jackson Gregory Schroeppel.

Also surviving is her Mother-In-Law Verna J. Mills Williamsport, PA

Three Brothers-In-Law and One Sister-In-Law, William (Connie) Mills, Williamsport, PA, Dana (David) Detwiler, Altoona, PA, Brady (Jen) Mills, Berryville, VA and Michael (Cindy), Pittsburgh, PA. and a sister Lindsey (Nikesh) Patel, Tampa, FL and fourteen Nieces and Nephews.

Buff was a 1973 graduate of Altoona Area High School, Altoona, PA.

She enjoyed travel being to China, Australia, New Zealand, recently driving on the entire Route 66 from Chicago to Santa Monica, CA. Key West, FL all 50 US States and numerous countries from cruises she enjoyed with all her family
