Cameron Dewayne Franklin

Cameron was born on December 19, 2016, in Memphis, TN to Wendell Franklin and Amber Myer Franklin. Cameron accepted Christ on February 5, 2025.

Cameron attended Journey East Academy where he was in the second grade and have achievements and honors especially honor roll and most improved.

Cameron enjoyed playing with his toys since he had the best collection in the world, especially his plush toys. He loved playing with his Sonic the Hedgehog, Woody from Toy Story, Action Figures from the Marvel game and playing Lego with dad. He also loved watching TV while enjoying his favorite snacks orange juice and graham crackers where he got his nickname Gram Master Cam.

Cameron was the best big brother to his little sister Journee Sophia Franklin. Cameron was the bravest, strongest and unforgotten young man you would ever wanted to encounter in life. He touched individual’s hearts also inspired individual’s with loving spirit.

Cameron leaves to cherish his loving memories: His prettiest mom in the world Amber Myer, His father that Big Mane Wendell Franklin and his best sister friend Miss Journee Sophia Franklin.

A visitation for Cameron will be held Monday, March 3, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38119. A funeral service will occur Monday, March 3, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 5599 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38119. A committal service will occur Monday, March 3, 2025 at Memphis Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 3700 N Germantown Pkwy, Bartlett, TN 38133.
