Carl Frank Hadaway, age 87, of Memphis, Tennessee, passed away December 16, 2020 at Baptist Memorial Hospital. He was born March 6, 1933.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Ivanelle Jernigan Hadaway; daughters, Fonda Jones and Carla George; and grandson, Christopher Jones.
