Cecil was like family to us for many years during the time he was a special friend to my sister, Joan Winston.  He was always a happy person who never met a stranger.  He acted like a father figure to my niece and upon her death, he took her daughter under his wing and was always there for her. Cecil will be a jolly addition to those in his resting place, but will surely be missed by those of us left behind.
