

Charles Howard Hill, born in Lee County, Mississippi, passed away on August 14, 2015. He was a loving husband and father and an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a retired business owner of Cloverleaf Mobile and Summer Avenue Texaco. He was a member of Colonial Park United Methodist Church and Parrothead Porkers Barbeque Team. Charles Howard is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Mary Jewel Hill; children, Charles David Hill, Donna Hill Taylor (Robert), and Renee Hill Wilcox (Matt); 9 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by sister, Sarah Reich, and brother, Billy Hill. The family will gather on Sunday from two o’clock until four o’clock in the afternoon and funeral services will be held on Monday beginning at two o’clock in the afternoon all at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, TN 38119. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Autism Speaks Organization in Mr. Hill’s honor.
