Charles “Dennis” McLaurine, 56, died July 2, 2011 at Methodist Hospital in Germantown, Tennessee. Dennis was the office manager for Terrel Heaton Beauty Supply and was the former owner of Gotham City Comics in Germantown, Tennessee and loved to play the guitar. His family and close friends will gather at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens located at 5599 Poplar Avenue on Tuesday, July Fifth from four o’clock in the afternoon until a memorial service commences at six o’clock that evening. Mr. McLaurine was preceded in death by his father Jerry McLaurine. He is survived by his mother Shirley McLaurine; brothers Matthew and Mark McLaurine; nephew Luke McLaurine; niece Caiti; and his beloved cats Pie and Callie and dog Mojo.
