Uncle Charles was the last surviving son of the Boyd family. He was predeceased by his father Clarence G. Boyd Sr., step mother Inez Boyd, sisters Sue Wade and Margaret Suzore and brothers Thomas and Clarence G. Boyd Jr. He leaves one surviving sister Mary Laird. Uncle Charles was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church and liked to visit convalescent homes and minister while he was physically able to do so. He regularly visited my father while he was in Rainbow Health center in Bartlett, TN. He will be missed.
