Charlotte Evelyn Forrester-Best, age 81, passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2021. Charlotte was born in Memphis, TN on July 9, 1939. She was preceded is death by her parents, Mr. & Mrs. F.B Parker; her son, Jeff Forrester and her sister, Rosalind Eleanor Flake .
Charlotte was a wonderful mother, an avid reader and an excellent cook. She battled cancer for two years. During those two years, she received such wonderful care from her daughter, Jennifer, who nursed her through those difficult moments.
She leaves to cherish her memory two children, Mike Bryson and Jennifer Forrester; her sister, Dorothy Myers; her brother, Donald Parker; two grandchildren; one great- grandchild; other close relatives and friends.
