Chauncey Lee York, 60, passed away May 18. He was a maintenance mechanic with the U. S. Postal Service for 21 years and a former reserve Millington Police officer, a retired Marine and Air Force Veteran. Chauncey did three tours of service while active in the military. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Herron; daughters, Tina Leigh York King (Wes), Christina Brugger (Matt) and Tiffini Peterson; son, Johnny Lee York(Katrina); grandchildren, Stella York, Lyla York, Wesley King, Laney King, Vivian York, Riley King and Gunnar Brugger.
Family will receive friends Saturday, May 21st from 9:00am to 10:00am at Family Funeral Care with the services to follow at 10:00am. There will be a reception immediately following the service and there will be a private burial at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
