

Dale was born on December 26, 1950 in Moorhead, Minnesota to Donald and Marian Anderson. He married Nancy Evans Anderson on September 7, 1971 at Gethsemane Cathedral in Fargo, North Dakota. He was a veteran and served in the United States Army as a military police man. He worked in the heating and air conditioning industry and retired after working over 40 years.
He is proceeded in death by his parents, Marian and Donald and his sister Linda White. Dale is survived by his wife Nancy Anderson, his children Brian Anderson, Angela Waterhouse, April Anderson, Alissa (Chris) Holmes. Siblings Lawrence (Mary) Anderson, Susan (Rocky) Stockman, and Betty (Butch) Evans. And grandchildren Chad Anderson, Corey Anderson, Emily Holmes and Owen Holmes.
Dale was one of the kindest and most patient men you would ever meet . He was a devoted husband, father, brother, friend and one of his most cherished titles Papa. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church where he taught Sunday School for many years. He had the ‘Anderson’ sense of humor, and loved to make others smile and laugh. He had many hobbies- from fishing and making rockets, to doing science experiments with his children and grandchildren. He always loved road trips, to explore, to learn and most importantly to play.
Funeral arrangements will be held Saturday, January 5th, visitation will be at 1:00 followed by a 2:00 celebration of his life at Trinity Lutheran Church, 210 Washington Avenue, Memphis Tennessee 38103. Lunch will provided after the service.
