DALE MILTON CARNEY, 83, of Jackson, TN, formerly of Memphis, TN, died Saturday, December 24, 2011 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital, Jackson. Service at 10 a.m. Friday, December 30, at Family Funeral Care with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, December 29, at Family Funeral Care. Mr. Carney was a member of Scottish Rite Masons and he was a Methodist. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Virginia Childers Carney; two sons, Steve (Debbie) of Lakeland and Rick (Kem) of Bartlett; one sister, Kathleen (Clarence) McDonald of McPherson, KS; one brother, Larry (Shari) Carney of Edmond, OK; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
