David L. Laney, 72, of Collierville, TN. Passed away on Friday, February 19th, 2016. He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Jo-ann H. Laney, a son, Russell Walter (Erin), a granddaughter, Ella Walter, a sister, Donna Jones (David), a niece, Lauren Jones, and an aunt, Thelma James. Mr. Laney proudly served in the US Airforce. He went on to pursue a career in chemical sales and real estate. He was an avid dog lover and enthusiast. There will be a memorial service on Friday, February 26th at 6pm at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Ave. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association or the charity of the donor’s choice.
