Mu husband Mike worked with David at the City of Memphis.  I remember we once had a party at his house where we all came in character and tried to solve a mystery!  It was so much fun. And who can forget the Christmas party.  Christmas decorations and yard ornaments everywhere.  If you parked on the street and opened your car door you had to watch where you stepped as Christmas lights were even on the ground, tons of them!  I remember his jolly laughter.  Vicki, you were always so nice and accommodating.  What fun we had.
