Dubert Franklin Henary

Frank Henary of Memphis, TN, passed away at his home on September 29, 2019. He was born on November 9, 1947, in Jonesboro, AR, and was preceded in death by his parents, Dubert and Ruby Wymer Henary, and by a sister, Sandra Henary Broadway.

Frank is survived by his wife of 48 years, Celia Snow Henary, and daughters Sara Henary of Springfield, MO, Beth (Steve) Henary Watson of Mineral Wells, TX, and Joy (Antonio) Henary Da Silva Martinez of Knoxville, TN. Also surviving him are two grandchildren, Winston and Victoria Watson.

Frank served two years in the United States Air Force and graduated from Arkansas State University in 1974 with a degree in geography. Over several decades, he worked in various management positions in the transportation industry in Memphis. In retirement, he continued to pursue a longtime interest in firearms and became a highly regarded gun stock refinisher.

The family will receive friends from 5-8 PM on Tuesday, October 1, at Family Funeral Care, located at 4925 Summer Avenue, Memphis, TN. Visitation will be from 9-10 AM on Wednesday, October 2,2019 at Family Funeral Care. Following the service, burial will take place at Piggott Cemetery in Piggott, AR.
