Edith Lorraine Tullos

Edith Lorraine Tullos, 91, passed away October 27, 2020 in Erlanger, KY. Lorraine moved to Memphis in 1959 when her husband retired from the Navy. They raised their family and lived in Memphis for many years. She loved to sing and dance. Lorraine was socially active in her younger days. She loved to bowl, play cards and served in the Eastern Star. She is preceded in death by her husband, Temp Tullos; daughter, Brenda J. Ksobiech; parents, Walter A. King and Ruby Williams King of Petersburg, Virginia; and 3 brothers, Walter A. King, Jr., Preston King, and Bernard King. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Hawks Bacher (Raymond) of Alexandria, KY; son, Temp Tullos, Jr. (Judy) of Memphis, TN; son-in-law, Al Ksobiech of Memphis, TN; grandchildren, Jason Ksobeich (Johana) of Coral Springs, FL, April Egan (Bruce) of Memphis, TN, Adam Tullos of Memphis, TN, Adrian Tullos of Memphis, TN, Justin Hawks (Jenna) of Loveland, OH, Kevin Hawks (Mercy Chavarria) of Cincinnati, OH, Charles Hawks, Jr. of Cincinnati, OH, Linda Bacher of Crestwood, KY, and Nicole McMurray (Josh) of Alexandria, KY; and great-grandchildren, Brendan Julian Ksobiech, Hunter Egan, Jacob Egan, Aubrey Hawks, Brynn Hawks, Emme Hawks, Saqqara Chavarria, Amarna Hawks, and Brandon McMurray. In lieu of flowers gifts in memory of Mrs. Tullos may be offered to The American Heart Association or Shriners Hospitals for Children. A visitation will be held from 12-2pm on Sunday, November 15, 2020, with a funeral service immediately following at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Ave., Memphis, TN 38122. A burial will take place at West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, 4000 Forest Hill Irene Rd., Memphis, TN 38125 on November 16, 2020 at 11:00am.
