Working with Ed was one of the highlights of my time at Treadwell Middle. He always made my day better and let me vent to him. I'll never forget sitting with him in the front hallway or 'kicking' him when we were supposed to be serious. He was a gentle man and I will miss him forever. My heart goes out to you and your family and to his many friends, students and colleagues that he worked with.

Mr. HUNTER I will ALWAYS remember u calling me ur TATOR TOT....during school at Treadwell last year.....I will never FORGET my 8th grade year of Science because u made the class laugh everyday n enjoyable n kept a smile on our faces n u always helped us when we needed it....u may be gone but u will never b forgotten....I will never forget how u DJ at our prep rallys n dances....

Ed will be sorely missed. He and my daughter Carmen Cleveland-Marshall have been friends since college, and both taught in the School System. Ed always was respectful and would keep you laughing from the moment he walked in a room. His pleasant disposition and caring attitude will remain in our hearts. Rest in peace Ed, we love you.

Ed was my neighbor for 10 years.  My family loved him.  He will be forever missed.
