Edward Steiner

Edward G. (Ed) Steiner passed away unexpectedly on Jan. 29. He was born in Missoula, MT to Lowell and Evelyn Steiner, deceased. He attended the University of Montana on a football scholarship. After graduation he joined the USAF and proudly served two tours of duty in Vietnam where he was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross. In 1973 he continued his flying career when he became a pilot for FedEx. A brother, Bob, also preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Suzanne Freeman Steiner; a daughter, Alexis Leneave Price (Jeff) of Germantown; son, William Steiner of Boise, ID; and a brother, Terry, of New Meadows, ID. He will be missed by the rest of his family and his many friends. Memorials may be made to Freedom Flight, Inc. at P.O.
