Eloise Harris

Eloise Harris was born on January 19, 1960, in Ruleville, Mississippi to Virgie Allen Forbes and Richard Brown Jr. She passed away on September 13, 2026. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Brown Jr.

Eloise accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at Merry Grove Baptist Church in Leflore/Sunflower County. She later attended Living Water Community Church.

Eloise loved to laugh and share joyful moments with her family and friends. She had a wonderful sense of humor and brought warmth and happiness to those around her. She also enjoyed cooking and took great pleasure in preparing and sharing delicious meals with her loved ones.

Eloise leaves to cherish her memory; husband, Sidney Earl Harris Sr., Memphis, TN; sons, Kontral Brown, Memphis, TN, Dandrick Brown Springfield MO, step-son, Sidney Harris III, San Diego, CA; step-daughter: Dominique Harris; grandchildren, Ariel Sandifer, Cleveland, MS, Lashay Mckellips, Buffalo, MO, Aaliyah Brown, Winona, MS, Kaniyah Brown, Koneedra Brown and Mikah Gary, Memphis, TN; brothers, Jimmy Allen (preceded in death), Richard Allen, Milton Forbes, Memphis, TN, Timothy Brown, Savannah GA, Charles Brown, Pontiac MI, Vaishay Brown (preceded in death); sisters, Carolyn Reed, Joyce Wright, Memphis, TN, Mary Ann Farrow (preceded in death), Shirley Briggs, Auburn Hills, Denise Brown, Pontiac, MI; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
